The LB63-38 creates formed rigid blister trays. Using male form tooling and material from roll stock the machine forms into the forming cavity, die cuts the outer profile whilst trim is separated into waste disposal and stacks the trays ready for production.
The machine is capable of creating packs of up to a maximum size of 630 x 380mm giving a web width of 650mm and an index length of 400mm.
